Hotel Golden Eye is the controller for information you choose to share while asking about a room. Optional website analytics remains off until you allow it.
What an enquiry contains
The availability form prepares a WhatsApp message or email in your own app. It can contain your name, phone number, dates, room choice, guest count and note. The website itself does not submit or store that form on our server; you decide whether to send it.
Optional analytics
If you choose “Allow analytics”, we load Google Analytics 4 using measurement ID G-4DLT1X3639. It helps us understand pages viewed, room interest, whether a price was calculated, direction and review-link use, and whether a guest opened an enquiry handoff.
We do not send names, phone numbers, enquiry messages or arrival and departure dates to Google Analytics. Advertising storage, Google Signals and ad personalisation remain disabled.
Your choice
Your analytics choice is saved in this browser. You can change it at any time using Privacy settings in the footer. Declining analytics does not affect the rooms, rates, directions, phone, email or WhatsApp enquiry.
